For Cooking processes Furnace Processes Kilns
Can be used in both static and mobile situations
Process temperature monitoring has been made easy with Invisible Systems new Thermal Barrier unit.
This innovative device is totally wireless, self-contained and suitable for extreme conditions, such as ovens, furnaces, kilns or freezers. Being totally wireless, the unit is simple to use and flexible enough to be able to cover a wide range of applications.
Using the unit is simple; as soon as the batch information is entered on the user-friendly software (included) and the probes positioned, the unit starts recording. The Thermal Barrier progresses with the product throughout the entire process. Conditions within the hostile environment are displayed on touch screens outside of the area and can also be viewed via the network.
A ‘Traffic Light’ system relating to the 3 probes is shown on screen giving an easy to read visual display. Voice alerts are prompted to advise the the critical point has been achieved. There are several versions available to cover a wide range of temperatures and applications, with various thermal insulation options. There are also a range of probes available.
The Thermal Barrier follows the product throughout the entire process - e.g.: Cool - Cook - Chill.
A Voice alert is activated when the Critical conditions have been achieved. Conditions within the hostile environment are displayed on a touch screen using a Traffic Light System for easy viewing and can be viewed via the network. The operator starts the process by inputting their PIN number which logs both the operator and the start time. At the end of the process another PIN is entered ensuring continuity of the entire process.
For ovens, the chilling process can be further monitored and a voice alert is generated to advise when the chill point has been achieved. At this point the boxes on the screen turn BLUE and the cycle is ended by inputting a PIN number and a validation report is generated.
